Hi Elison,
I do not recommend using stainless steel pots for brewing herbs at all coz the metal may react with the herbs and affect their properties. For brewing herbs be it for skincare or consumption, it’s best to use an earthen ware such as clay pots or even glassware like those from the corning brand.
Thanks alot for your advice… has purchased a claypot for brewing herbs…
